Storage Facility FAQ's and Information
- Current customers receive a reminder invoice via email around the 25th of each month detailing pending charges for the following month.
- If you are set up for autopay, you will receive a payment receipt by email.
- If you receive a notice of failed payment or insufficient funds, YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE. We will not attempt to charge your payment card on file without your express consent.
- Rent is due the 1st of each month. Late fees will automatically apply if rent is not received by the 3rd & the 10th.
- Delinquent accounts will be locked out at 10 days past due. Storage units will be double locked with a red facility padlock and vehicles will be booted. Lockouts will not be removed until all current and past due charges are paid.
- Auction liquidation of delinquent accounts may begin anytime after 30 days past due with proper notice as prescribed by state law.
- We allow a maximum of two vehicles per parking space (i.e. a car and a trailer, or two cars parked end to end, or a short RV and a short trailer) up to 45' combined length.
NOTICE:
ALL ARTICLES STORED PURSUANT TO A RENTAL AGREEMENT MAY BE SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF IF ANY STORAGE CHARGES ARE OVERDUE FOR MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS.
